As a Miken subcontractor, you will be supported by a dedicated team of project managers, coordinators and field staff who will provide you with ongoing feedback and constant support for all of your questions and concerns while working on our properties.
Miken Construction provides our clients with a nationwide network of preferred vendors, comprised of the best general contractors, inspectors and vendors in the bank repair industry. We use an extensive screening process for each subcontractor, inspector and vendor to ensure that everyone we hire is detailed and thorough.

Upon applying to work with Miken Construction, we require the following documentation for submission:
- Subcontractor Application Form
- Proof of General Liability Insurance (with Miken as additionally insured)
- Copy of Contractor's Business License
- Workers Comp Insurance
- Copy of Valid Driver's License
- Copy of Social Security Card
- Background Check Release Form
- Signed Contractor Agreement
- Bonded? Y / N
- ZIP Code Region Form
