Miken Construction has been outstanding! My elderly mother had a small flood in her home because of an old faulty water valve under her wet bar. Upon her insurance company's recommendation, we used a nationally known company to perform emergency remediation, however I was frankly disappointed with that company's work. Therefore, upon the recommendation of a trusted person who was very familiar with Miken Construction's, we hired Miken to do the repair work in my mom's home and I am thus far ecstatic we that we hired Miken. Based on our immediate confidence in Miken as well as their reasonable and affordable prices, my mom and I decided to expand Miken's work to include other projects around my mom's 30+ year old house.
From the very start, Miken has been very enthusiastic about the projects, very responsive to my questions and concerns, and paid close attention to the details of planning and implementing the work. For instance, my elderly mother, who is also disabled and is easily rattled by strangers coming onto her property, especially if they are doing work around her house. Miken has carefully coordinated their communications, meetings, and site visits through me to minimize any stress or worries for my mom. To the extent my mom has met and communicated with Miken personnel and their subcontractors, they have been extremely courteous and reliable as far as punctuality and actually doing what they say they are going to do. Thus far most of the work has been focused on the exterior of the home and property. However, given my mom's sensitivity about the anticipated work inside of her house, and with some very appreciated help from her insurance company, we are planning to move her out of the house for no more than two weeks. I am personally pleased and relieved to say that Miken has been very flexible and careful in terms of planning and scheduling the interior work so that the interior work will be completed within two weeks.

My name is Bob Howard. I am the owner of Nuview Heating and Air Conditioning, I would like to share my personal testimony of doing business with Miken Construction. I have been doing business with Miken Construction since the 1990's, the were just a small two man company then and I've been fortunate to watch them grow into the company that they are today.
I am just one of many air conditioning contractors that they use. They have a staff of professionals that schedule and supervise projects assigned to them. All of the staff are pleasant to work with, I know what they expect and what's expected of me.
The payment on my invoices are usually mailed within a two week time frame, which is very prompt in this industry. On a score card of 1 to 10, I would give them a 10.

Many of these properties needed extensive repairs and it would be an impossible task for us to oversee the different crews needed to complete the job. As agents, we are responsible for getting repair bids to the bank in a timely manner. Miken Construction delivers the bids when we need them.
